International shipping
We can not ship any orders other than via UPS or DHL, we do not ship any orders via USPS, due to no tracking service with any of the other cheaper shipping carriers.
We will ship to your billing address. The billing address is the address your bank has on file and the address to which your bank mails your monthly statements. We will ship to a USA address provided you supply complete address information including a telephone number and the address can be verified (to deter credit card fraud and identity theft).
A signature is required for all UPS & DHL shipments upon receipt.
International orders are shipped by: UPS or DHL (a signature is required). Please Note, no matter how small the weight of the item(s) you are purchasing, DHL and UPS charges a 1 pound minimum. Anything over is rounded up to the next number. Example: 1.01 lbs. = 2 lbs. and 4.1 pounds = 5 pounds etc.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all additional fees, duties, taxes, associated with orders shipped outside of the continental USA.
Occasionally, the shipping amount listed on your order may not be accurate due to the dimensions of the package. You pay actual shipping charges based on the weight and size of the package plus a $5.00 international processing fee. Shipping any order internationally to most countries can be very expensive so please keep that in mind when ordering. All orders from outside the United States must be paid in U.S. dollars and are subject to normal import duty, taxes, and customs clearance charges in the destination country. International shipping duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility; KandGcycles.com has no control over these charges and can not predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. If a customer refuses shipment due to duties and taxes, or the package is returned because it can not be delivered for any reason, the customer will be liable for any costs incurred by KandGcycles.com.
Cancellations and Order Changes
Any order cancellation or ANY ORDER CHANGES must be made over the phone at 888-505-2634.
2-3 weeks before order is shipped due to security checks of all foreign credit cards and customs forms that must be filled out for all items shipped abroad. Don't expect your order to arrive in a week or 2 it is just not possible. Some countries Customs Departments are very slow at releasing packages for delivery. depending on how busy we are at the time your order is placed. All international orders require hand written paper work for customs and other forms that must be filled out by hand.
If a parcel is returned because of non payment of duty tax, the credit back to the credit card will be minus the: SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGE AND MINUS A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
