International Shipping Policy
Because we work with most of the major wholesalers, we can bring you the best selection at the best prices. This also means that your order may ship in more than one shipment. We will post all of the tracking information to your profile on the K and G website as we receive it and most of our suppliers ship orders the same day they are received. If you receive a partial shipment, it simply means you ordered parts from more than one source. Since we check on availability before the order is processed, we will notify you of any out-of-stock situation so you can let us know the best way to handle your needs.

Please be aware that all sales are final! We recommend that you take a moment to read the information in our Terms and Conditions section of this website entirely prior to making a purchase from K and G Cycles LLC. These terms apply to all sales and may not be waived.
RETURN POLICY
K and G Cycles will accept returns for warranty reasons only. We apologize, but we cannot honor any requests for exceptions to this policy. If you believe you have a warranty issue with parts received, fill out the form in the returns section of this website for a return goods authorization number. This number authorizes the return and does not automatically create a credit or exchange for any item. You will be contacted by a K and G representative to determine the nature of the warranty claim. Following this, you will receive a return shipping label via email. Any parts returned to K and G Cycles, LLC without a return authorization number will be returned to the customer at their expense. If found to be defective, an exchange part will be ordered and shipped directly to you. No credits of any kind will be issued. No returns will be accepted on modified, sanded, drilled, ground, or repainted products. No credit will be issued for labor costs incurred beyond the original invoice price of the product. If the part is not found to be defective by our supplier’s warranty department, you will be given the choice of having the part returned to you with additional shipping charges incurred both ways or to have a credit applied to your account minus applicable shipping charges and a 20%-25% re-stocking fee.
In the event you have purchase several items, and those items have been sent to the fulfillment center and then at a later date you wish to cancel the order, you will be charged a 20-25% restocking fee for those items that will be sent back to our supplier, and you will also be responsible for all shipping cost to send the items back for return. If you have any questions please feel free to talk with our sales team and they will be glad to provide any guidance on this policy.

We get lots of visitors from outside the United States here at K and G Cycles and we want to serve all of you. To that end, we have made arrangements with FedEx and DHL International to assist our customers beyond our borders. K and G Cycles can now arrange to have your order shipped directly to your front door.
When you complete your order, our shopping cart system will provide you with a shipping estimate of the shipping charges to you based on your orders weight. Your order will be forwarded to our international shipping center in Bloomington, Indiana where all customs paperwork and bills of lading will be completed, and processed. At this time your order will be re-packaged for international shipping, if necessary, to provide you with the lowest possible rates. Both FedEx and DHL process their international orders using dimensional weight, and not the actual shipping weight. Once the actual shipping cost has been calculated we will apply the changes to your online invoice and will make any adjustments to the original charges. How to calculate dimensional weight:
Dimensional weight provides an economical alternative for shipping irregular or heavy packages. Airlines, cargo companies and shipping carriers provide services based on dimensional weight. To savemoney, compare costs for shipping your package based on its actual weight vs. the calculated dimensional weight.

1. Weigh your package and take the measurements (rounding up to the nearest inch) in Length (L), Width (W) and Depth (D).
2. Insert your values into the formula L x W x D and divide by 194 to calculate your dimensional weight in pounds. For example, a package of 20 inches in length, 10 inches in width and 15 inches in depth is 3,000 cubic inches. Divide by 194 and the dimensional weight is 15.464 lb.
3. Round up the dimensional weight to the nearest pound, or depending on your shipping carrier, to the nearest level of shipping weight. So a package with a calculated dimensional weight of 15.464 lb. will be rounded to 16 lb. Your shipper might charge shipping at a rate of up to 20 lb.

Nonrectangular Packages

1. Weigh your package and take the measurements (rounding up to the nearest inch) in Length (L), Width (W) and Depth (D).
2. Insert your values into the formula L x W x D. For example, a package that is 20 inches in length by 10 inches in width and 15 inches in depth is 3,000 cubic inches.
3. Multiply the total by 0.765 to account for an irregular shape. For 3,000 cubic inches, the dimensional weight for an irregular shape would be 2,355 cubic inches.
4. Divide the dimensional weight for an irregular shape by 194 to calculate the dimensional weight and round up to the nearest pound. For 2,355 cubic inches, the dimensional weight for an irregular shape would be 12.139 lb. Rounded up would be 13 lb.

After your order has been processed, and all customs paperwork filled out and the package is ready to ship out to its destination you will receive an Email with the updated charges, and the tracking information. In the event the original shipping charge estimate exceed the actual shipping costs, we will credit your account the appropriate amount. However in the event the shipping estimate was lower than the actual dimensional weight cost, you will be notified and the credit card that we have on file for your order will be charged the corrected shipping cost, and the cost difference will be noted on your invoice. Below we have provided several estimated cost for shipping different size packages internationally to several locations around the world. The best way to get the cost and the shipping total is to "Register" on our online store at: www.kandgcycles.com once you are registered add the items to your cart that you would like to purchase. Once you have added them to the cart click on "Check Out" in the upper right hand corner of the site. This will allow you to see the complete order total with shipping cost prior to the system asking you for your credit card information. As well feel free to checkout our International Shipping Policy, if during the check out process our system charges you too much, we will provide you a credit prior to shipment out your order.
