OUR RETURN POLICY
BEFORE INSTALLATION
Please inspect your purchase thoroughly for any scratches, defects, problems, or missing parts- particularly exhaust systems and other chromed accessories. Should you find any defects or problems with an item, please do not proceed with installation or dispose of any packaging. Contact us immediately (305-749-5599 x106 or sales@kandgcycles.com) so that we can take the necessary steps to replace your item under warranty as quickly as possible. K and G Cycles will only accept new uninstalled parts and accessories for return and only for warranty reasons. Should you proceed with your installation, your rights regarding warranty for visible defects such as scratches, dents, or visible blemishes, will become void.
If you believe you were sent an incorrect part based on your order, contact us before returning the item so that we can sort out the problem and work to get the correct part to you.
DURING INSTALLATION
Should problems arise with fitment during your installation, please contact a customer service representative at K and G Cycles before moving forward with an item return. In most cases, a simple direction or step in the process has been omitted in the instructions from the manufacturer and we can often provide you with the necessary information to get you back on track. All of our staff are motorcycle enthusiasts and are extremely knowledgeable about our entire product offering. As such, they will likely be able to guide you through the issue and get your installation back on track. In some instances, we may need you to contact the manufacturer for clarification of the installation instructions and we will provide you with the necessary contact information in such cases. If it is determined that the part fitment as stated is, in fact, incorrect or the part is defective, we will work with the manufacturer or supplier to get you the correct part at no additional cost to you.
IF A RETURN BECOMES NECESSARY
Just give us a call within 30 days from the date you received the product and we’ll get the ball rolling. All returns must arrive at K and G Cycles in an uninstalled and re-sellable condition to qualify for return and refund. Please be sure to pack your items carefully using appropriate packing materials before shipping back to us. We cannot accept damaged or used parts or packaging. Please insure your shipment as K and G Cycles cannot be not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping. The original packaging is needed to return the item but please call us if you have already disposed of it. We will do our best to make exceptions to the original packaging wherever we can – we promise! When we receive the returned item, it will be carefully inspected for damage and installation marks. Any return that does not qualify for a refund under our policy will be shipped back to you at your expense. If an item was ordered directly from the manufacturer, it may be subject to a 25% restocking or exchange fee if the return is not due to a manufacturer’s defect. We will do everything we can to work with the manufacturer to get the restocking fee reduced or waived entirely but sometimes this is not possible. We will be sure to notify you of any restocking fee prior to you returning the product. In short, we will do everything we can to make it work out the best for everyone.
OUR REFUND POLICY
Should a refund become necessary, we will process your return and refund your money as soon as we receive the returned item intact. In most cases, you can expect to see your refund within 1-2 business days after we receive your return. Items purchased with a credit card will be refunded directly to the original card, PayPal purchases will be refunded through PayPal and all other forms of payment will be refunded in like kind.
OUR EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges at K and G Cycles can be handled pretty easily. If you are in a rush to receive your new item, you can place a new order for the exchange part either online or over the phone with a K and G Cycles customer service representative. That order will be handled like a new order. We will ship the new part as fast as possible. The item you no longer want can then be returned to K and G Cycles following standard return procedure for a refund.
If a restocking fee becomes necessary, it will be deducted from your total refund.
OUR ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately by telephone during our business hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST) or via email at sales@kandgcycles.com Please do not leave a voice mail to cancel your order. As long as your order has not been shipped (order status: Received), we will be happy to change or cancel an order for you. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account at the K and G Cycles website.
Once the status of your order changes to Processing or Complete, it means that your order has been packed and shipped and is on its way to you! At this point, we can try to cancel the order but shipping and/or restocking fees may apply. Please do not simply refuse the package as this will result in your being charged whatever the original shipping cost plus the return shipping cost charged by the carrier. The order will also be subject to a 25% restocking fee. We will try to make it easy but your cooperation with these procedures will help a great deal.
OUR WARRANTY POLICY
Every product sold at K and G Cycles is covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty. Most products come with a standard one-year warranty from the manufacturer. K and G Cycles does not warranty the items separately, but we stand ready to guide and assist you through the warranty process. Contact us at 1-888-50K-ANDG (5-2634) or email us at sales@kandgcycles.com if you believe you have a warranty claim and we will begin the process of assisting you in getting the problem settled. Unless instructed otherwise by a K and G Cycles customer service representative, please do not contact the manufacturer directly as this will delay the processing of your claim.
OUR PRICE GUARANTEE
All prices and availabilities listed on the K and G Cycles website are accurate and up to date to the best of our knowledge. Manufacturers and suppliers do raise their prices from time to time but we work diligently to get the information updated as we receive price and availability changes. K and G Cycles LLC reserves the right to change prices anytime and is under no legal obligation to honor a price that is incorrect or out of date. We value your business and we will do our best to honor an incorrect price whenever possible but mistakes happen and we know you will understand if we cannot complete a transaction with an incorrect price. In situations where we cannot honor the incorrect price, we will do our best to find a comparable product at a price suitable to you or gladly cancel your order and make any necessary refunds in full.
K and G Cycles guarantees to beat any competitor's legitimate price on any item we carry. Just call or contact us with the website URL from the competitor's website and we will confirm the lesser price and beat it! Please do your homework and call us with a competitor’s price before placing your order with K and G Cycles as we cannot give you a price reduction or issue refunds once your order has been placed.
The K and G Cycles price guarantee applies under the following conditions:
The request for a price match or reduction is for identical items only (identical product, manufacturer, color, fitment, etc.). We promise to do our best to confirm that the products are identical
- The price must be a publically advertised, Internet price that we can clearly verify.
- We will price match based on the total cost of the order - not just the product price. If a competitor charges shipping or tax and we would not, their charges will be added to the cost of the product when verifying the price difference.
- K and G Cycles reserves the right to decline to sell any product if it is offered by a competitor below our cost. If a competitor is having a closeout sale or selling an item at a price too low to economically match or beat, we may decline to sell the product at a price match. We promise to do everything we can to make it work.
- All of our products are assigned a suggested retail price from the manufacturer. If one of our competitors displays an incorrect retail price that they do not intend to offer and that they acknowledge is incorrect, we will not be obligated to match that price. Be advised that they may not sell the part to you at that price either. Mistakes happen;-)
- Our price guarantee only applies to products offered by legitimate and reputable online retailers. As such, we cannot offer a price guarantee for any products offered on eBay or auction websites.
- We cannot offer a price match guarantee on any product that is subject to a MAP policy (see below) from the manufacturer and is being offered in violation of that policy. We will be happy to present you with a copy of that manufacturer’s MAP policy if such a situation arises.
MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE POLICY (MAP)
K and G Cycles is respectful of our vendor’s MAP Policies. If a manufacturer imposes a price restriction on the advertised prices of their products, we will honor it to the letter.
