This 32E alternator kit includes a black 12 volt alternator alternator with a chrome end cover black finned solid state regulator and a gear kit for Overhead Valve models. Order mount bolts as required separately. TIncludes mount hole for 1/4 -24 or 5/16 -24 mount screws in mounting flange. *NOTE: The finned regulator will have to be relocated from position of original relay on the right of the cam cover. 1941-1969 FL 1936-1952 EL
