Raw center post mount wrap around style oil tank features 1/8 NPT inserts to accept rubber or braided steel oil lines and battery box to accept 12 volt mini batteries. Tank bolts to clutch cable bracket and rear fender mount. Rigid frame Sportster applications will require fabrication of front and rear mounts on frame and fender. 40-1006" Chrome WL side fill oil tank features 1/8 NPT inserts to accept rubber oil lines 2 coil mounting studs on the left side and the battery box to accept 12 volt mini batteries. Tank also has a pocket built into the front of the tank to allow clearance of the stock battery box mount on the frame. Includes threaded filler cap and drain plug. Battery compartment measures: 3-3/4 deep x 4-7/8 wide x 4-1/4 high. *NOTE: Must order connector fittings separately. *NOTE: There is no need to remove the battery box tab!
