The Powerglide Hydraulic Tappet Assembly is designed for the performance minded and is as close as possible to a solid lifter while still remaining a hydraulic liter. The Hydrosolid Hydraulic Tappet Assembly is the ultimate high performance/RPM tappet available. The Hydrosolid performs like a hydraulic tappet up to about 5500 RPM and then turns into a solid tappet. The second it turns into a solid tappet it adds about three to six more useable horsepower.
